1. Terms of Use.
1.1 All intellectual property rights, including copyright in all content and communication belongs to Dr Francesca Sawer.
By subscribing to this course, you are agreeing to all Terms and Conditions outlined in this document. You are agreeing that the content and property of Dr Francesca Sawer online courses cannot be copied, reproduced, modified, stored, redistributed or exploited commercially in any way.

2. Course Requirements:
2.1 All course documentation is written and delivered in English and all customers must have a competent level of English and possess a reasonable competence in English language.
2.2 This is a self-guided course. Dr Francesca Sawer does not privde individual therapy or advice as part of this course.
2.3 All students take full responsibility in determining they have suitable internet access, appropriate devices for viewing course content and appropriate (up to date) internet browsers and providers in order to access full course content.
2.4 Dr Francesca Sawer does not accept any liability for any losses, costs or expenses incurred by or on behalf of a student in connection with internet issues or problems with personal devices (lap-top, PC, tablet, smart phone etc)
2.5 Dr Francesca Sawer will not provide individual, personalised advice about any issues arising from personal technical problems.
2.6 Materials provided in this course are in digital format.
3. How to Make a Booking:
3.1 The person making the booking must be at least 18 years old and by paying for the course accepts the terms and conditions. By paying for a booking, you have read the terms and conditions. You are also responsible for the accuracy of your personal details.
3.2 During checkout you will create a password and enter your email address which will be required for logging into the course area.
4. Price of Courses:
4.1 All prices that are advertised on our website are correct at the time of booking.
5. Procedure for Changing or Cancelling a Booking:
5.1 This is a digital product with instant access; refunds are only considered in cases of proven technical issues caused by us.
5.2 Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase with supporting evidence.
5.3 No refunds for change of mind or failure to engage with the course.
5.4 Once we receive your written cancellation, in form of an email we will refund your course fees within 30 days. All refunds will incur a 5% fee.
6. System Maintenance and Upgrades:
6.1 At certain times our systems and software programs may be updated. In the event of an update will we endeavour to do this work as quickly as possible.
7. Complaints:
7.1 Any disputes or complaints can be emailed to Dr Francesca Sawer [email protected] and she will endeavour to respond as quickly as possible.
We do our best to respond to respond to emails as quickly as possible and will endeavour to reply to your contact email within 48 hours Mon- Friday.
8. Course Log In:
8.1 The Course and the relevant login details are solely for your use. Another party cannot use these details.
9. Acceptance of These Terms and Conditions:

10.1 All course material is owned and remains the property of Dr Francesac Sawer. No material on this website or related courses can be copied or reused by anyone without the permission of Dr Francesca Sawer.
10.2 You will receive a personal, non-transferable license to access the course for non-commercial use only.

11.1 This course is for educational purposes only and does not replace medical advice, diagnosis, or therapy.
11.2 No doctor-patient relationship is established by taking this course.
11.3 We do not guarantee specific results, and you remain responsible for your own health decisions.

While we aim to maintain continued access to the course content, we reserve the right to update, modify, restrict, or discontinue access to part or all of the course at any time.
